How it works
Five steps. Nothing starts until you have a written scope and a fixed fee, and you have accepted both in writing.
1. Submit
Tell us what you need. The form takes about five minutes. We ask where the person or company is first: we carry out investigations in India only. Clients may be anywhere.
2. Case number
You see a case number on screen immediately, and we email it to you. Quote it in any correspondence. The email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance.
3. Review in 24–48 working hours
A senior reviewer reads the case. Working hours are India Standard Time (IST, Asia/Kolkata), Monday to Friday, excluding Indian public holidays. We may ask questions, or we may decline. We reserve the right to decline any instruction, at any stage, without giving reasons.
4. Written scope and fixed quote
We do not price a case we have not read. After review you receive one written scope and one fixed fee. Nothing starts until you accept in writing. No fee is payable before that.
5. Report
A written report. Every finding sourced and dated, with an honest note on anything we could not confirm. We establish what can be verified, and tell you plainly what cannot.
