Lawyers and private clients instruct us to locate a witness, verify an address, or carry out a field check in India. The work is a private enquiry. It is not an investigation conducted under law, and we do not act under any statutory authority.
Findings are documented to an evidential standard. Admissibility is for the court and your lawyers. Where a matter should go to the police, we will tell you and help you prepare the complaint.
We will not take a case that looks like harassment, or where the person being checked may be at risk of violence or coercion.
