Who does the work
Cases are handled by our investigation team across India — professionals working to methods and standards developed by Amit Dubey. Every case is reviewed and assigned to trained investigators operating under a common standard, with senior oversight. Our investigators work to the methods of Amit Dubey, who has trained over 900,000 professionals including police and judicial officers.
Lawful methods
We work only from lawfully available sources. Observation from public places, within the law, is used where the case justifies it. We do not access any person's device, account or communications; we do not obtain call records, banking records or protected government data; and we do not intercept communications. Confidential, and within the law.
Sourcing and chain of custody
Every finding in a report is sourced and dated. We document where every fact came from. Material is handled so that what we collected, when, and from where can be accounted for. Documented to an evidential standard. Admissibility is for the court and your lawyers.
Confidentiality
Enquiries are held securely and are not shared outside the review and investigation team assigned to the case. We do not discuss a case with the subject of the enquiry except where the method requires a lawful, overt check and the written scope says so.
Data retention
Enquiries that are not taken forward are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Files for cases that proceed to a written engagement are kept for seven years after the report, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing legal process you have told us about.
Right to decline
We reserve the right to decline any instruction, at any stage, without giving reasons. We will not take a case that appears to be harassment, that would put someone at risk, or that would require a method on the list of what we will not do.
